At INUS, we take immense pride in the quality of our Home & Kitchen products. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Hence, we follow a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure fairness to both customers and the brand.
1. Eligibility for Return
We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported to support@inus.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and product images.

The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

Items purchased during discounts, offers, or clearance sales.

Products showing minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting or screen differences.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will only be initiated if a replacement is not possible.

Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to stock availability and quality verification of the returned product.

If the returned item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
