Refund policy

At INUS, we take immense pride in the quality of our Home & Kitchen products. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before dispatch. Hence, we follow a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure fairness to both customers and the brand.

1. Eligibility for Return

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The issue is reported to support@inus.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and product images.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

  • Items purchased during discounts, offers, or clearance sales.

  • Products showing minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting or screen differences.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be initiated if a replacement is not possible.

  • Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability and quality verification of the returned product.

  • If the returned item fails inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
